One governed platform for the whole group. This page — like the platform — is working software, not a brochure. Move your mouse.
Every capability is scoped area by area for all seven — including a dedicated Inventech module (anamorphic 3D / AR-VR concepting, IP pitches, build catalogue) and a dedicated LMG Live module (sponsorship decks, venue inventory, show P&L, settlement billing).
Done. BD & outreach is Wave 1 — live inside the first 8 weeks with area-specific targeting — alongside the finance MIS, HR and legal quick wins your breakdown sequences early.
SAP is in base scope in your exact shape: read first, then write with a human approval step. The delivery pod is named with backgrounds, and references are stated honestly — including a live Future OS demo, hands on keyboard.
We chose honesty: ~2,370 hours across Waves 1–2, broken down per area per week — ≈17 hrs/week per area. Our ingestion tools, bulk templates and mobile field app cut roughly a third of the manual load.
"Coverage of Solutions and Assets alone is not enough" — your words. Select an area to see what the platform does for it, beyond the common capabilities.
One row per capability, scoped against all seven areas. Filter by wave — the total recalculates live. The same matrix as our formal PDF, made interactive.
| Capability | Areas (of 7) | Wave | Build approach | Effort from Laqshya | Cost |
|---|
Digital growth services (SEO, AEO, GEO, ORM, then no-code web & app — Digitalabs-led) are architected for in this build and quoted as a defined follow-on, per your Wave-3 "sequenced after the immediate wins" framing. LMG Live ticketing integration is planned for, assumed not live at start, per your Section 5.
No standalone discovery sprint, no separate charge. Guardrails live from day one. Every gate transfers IP to Laqshya.
Exactly as your breakdown specifies. Your finance runs on SAP; nothing touches it without a named approver.
SAP version and API surface confirmed with your IT/SAP partner. Sandbox read access. Endpoints mapped for invoices, receivables, ageing, chart of accounts.
Finance MIS quick wins live on SAP read: pending invoices, collection ageing, debtor alerts, per-area management reports. No writes — zero risk to your books.
Auto-invoicing assembles the invoice with proof attached, per each area's billing shape → approval queue → a named finance approver reviews and posts. Auditable end to end.
New agents start here. Cannot send externally. Free for internal drafting and research.
Your per-area owner checks sample outputs, sources, tone and accuracy before anything faces a client.
Every output logged with prompt, sources, model, user and timestamp — an append-only, hash-chained, tamper-evident audit trail.
The sharpest risk differs by area — your Table 18, answered:
Seven independent backbones is your requirement — the right one. Their data can only come from your teams, because only they know which vendor, venue and rate is real.
| Input | Wave | Hours | When |
|---|---|---|---|
| Seed documents — top 20–30 per area, our uploader & templates | W1 | ~180 | Wks 1–3 |
| Brand assets, ICP lists, credentials, tenders, JDs, legal templates | W1 | ~365 | Wks 1–6 |
| Access & role mapping — SAP sandbox, Workspace, WhatsApp, 400 users | W1 | ~75 | Wks 1–3 |
| Inventory population — 7 backbones, bulk templates + field app | W2 | ~1,400 | Wks 9–18 |
| Photos, specs, historical proof docs, portal contacts | W2 | ~390 | Wks 10–18 |
| Knowledge library growth (paced) + reviews, UAT, Verified sign-offs | W3+ | ~600 + 6–8/wk | Month 4+ |
per week, per area — Waves 1–2 total ≈ 2,370 hours across 7 area teams over 20 weeks.
Our ingestion tooling, bulk imports and mobile field app cut roughly a third versus manual compilation. If an input slips, the dependent date moves visibly in the weekly report — never silently.
Your document: only ~50 of 400 use AI today, and proposals treat this too lightly. Ours is a funded workstream, not a training line item.
People learn each capability the week it goes live for them — by role, by area. Not one generic workshop months before.
2–3 per area, 14–20 group-wide — trained deeply, supported weekly, answering peers in Hindi and English.
Meeting prep lands in WhatsApp and email automatically. Forms, not prompts. No new apps for the highest-frequency work.
Weekly active users, actions per user, satisfaction — by area, to leadership every Monday. A lagging area is visible within a week.
Your AWS Mumbai / Azure Central India or on-premise. Nothing on our servers, ever. Data-flow documentation at every gate.
Frontier models for client-facing work, volume models for bulk, self-hosted models for sensitive government workflows. Routing is your configuration.
Role × area × seniority access mirroring the org. Row-level security. Isolated client-portal logins.
India data residency. Consent, retention and deletion aligned to DPDP. Append-only, hash-chained log on every client-facing output.
SAP (read → approved write) · SHARP · Digitalabs ad accounts + ORM. LMG Live ticketing planned for, not live at start — per your Section 5.
Code, schemas, prompts, workflows, data — Laqshya's at every wave gate, in a repository you control. No lock-in, by structure.
Founder & CEO, Future Agents · Ratan Tata Business Excellence Awardee · 20,000+ professionals trained in AI · architect of Future OS, our own production AI operating system.
React/Lovable + Supabase — owns the application shell, client portal, and four of the seven inventory backbones.
n8n at production scale — the remaining three backbones, SAP / SHARP / ad-account integrations, ~60 automated workflows.
LLM systems across 16 capabilities × 7 areas — the per-area tuning your breakdown demands — plus multi-model routing and evaluation.
Bilingual (Hindi/English) trainer and change lead — runs the champion programme across all 7 areas and the weekly KPI reporting.
SAP API integration bursts in Waves 1–2 · adversarial testing of client-facing outputs before Verified status.
Proof, stated honestly. Future OS is our living reference — we run our own business on the architecture we are proposing, and will demo it live whenever your team wants. Laqshya would be our flagship engagement, and the structure protects you: working software at Week 8, payments only behind live gates, full IP at every gate. NDA-covered client reference calls available in the final round.
Payments follow working software — never ahead of it.
Included: discovery (in-build), all 16 capabilities across 7 areas, SAP read + approved write, SHARP and ad-account connections, guardrails and audit trail, enablement with bilingual champions, documentation, SOPs, prompt libraries, source and workflow handover at every gate, 90 days post-go-live hypercare. Not included: GST; model/hosting/API usage (at actuals, capped); LMG Live ticketing integration (planned for, scoped when ready); digital growth services follow-on (defined scope with Digitalabs post-launch); hardware; scope added after SOW via change request.
Next step: a 60-minute working session with your area leads and the intake responses, this week — we fold their answers into the SOW, lock the Wave-1 input calendar, and kick off.
